What You’ll Do
- Clear and clean drain lines using professional drain cleaning equipment
- Perform sewer camera inspections and properly diagnose sewer line conditions
- Identify issues such as roots, offsets, breaks, bellies, and blockages
- Document findings with clear notes, photos, and videos using ServiceTitan
- Recommend the appropriate next step based on accurate diagnosis
- Educate customers on sewer and drain conditions while explaining repair or maintenance options professionally
- Maintain clean and safe work areas while protecting customer property
- Coordinate with dispatch and management regarding schedules, equipment, and follow-up needs
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Rotating on-call schedule for evenings, early mornings, and weekends
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of drain and/or sewer experience or equivalent field experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience operating drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong understanding of drain systems, pipe materials, and sewer line conditions
- Strong customer communication and professionalism
- Comfortable using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
Preferred
- Sewer camera inspection experience
- Hydro-jetting experience
- Locator experience
- Plumbing service experience beyond drain cleaning
- Ability to present repair options ethically and professionally
